+ 草案的形成？
+ *相關草案形成主要由部會提案時提供，部會有時委託專家學者撰寫，如：
+ （1）企業資產擔保法（草案）：謝在全大法官
+ （2）網路賣酒：財政部賦稅署
+ *部會委託科法
+ （一）草案文字提供
+ （1）零售業等網路交易定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項第五點（確認機制）
+ （2）公司法閉鎖性公司專章（與邵慶平教授合作）
+ （3）公司法系列修法（社企，英文名稱登記，董監選任）：經濟部
+ （二）科法在vtaiwan平臺上主要任務為提供國際法制趨勢和意見，提供部會和網友參考; 以及基於幕僚單位，提供政策建議：
+ （1）共享經濟（uber/airbnb）國際法制
+ （2）群募募資相關法規意見
+ （3）網路交易課稅
+ *透過網友協作完成：透過vtaiwan意見徵集過程，部會採用網友建議而成，如：群眾募資有關募資金額之門檻。

+ 是 co-create, 隨時都有各方的 (民間，學者，政府)，目前的案例政府都有在送交立院前負責做 final draft. vTaiwan 也並沒有規定一定要政府做，只是目前還沒有民間直接做草案的案例。
