+ if you see a "timecode" it means something needs to be filled in, for example "23:28"
+ if you see a "timecode + place / name" it means someone is working on it, please choose another hole to fill in, for example "23:28 (conference hall) [mr. lin]"

+ remember if you choose to work on a line, type in the place / name first, and then work offline (notepad / word) until you are done, then paste in your translation.

+ 3) we can always have more volunteers, they can help spread the message even if we are up to speed on translation (we never are, lol)
+ 4) be friendly, fun and NEUTRAL in your translation
+ 5) feel free to advertise for new volunteers, and contact organizers to see if they need language volunteers to translate stuff.
