挖一個關於「容積獎勵現形」的坑(開放空間、停車空間、台北好好看系列二、空地維護管理辦法、都市計畫本身既有的獎勵項目與法條、綠建築中涉及容獎的法條、都市更新各式獎勵、都市設計審議..)
  • 一直希望這種容積獎勵產生的開放空間能夠有完整資訊，畢竟很多都被二次施工藏起來了

地點：小風地，羅斯福路三段260號，一塊公有地，台北市公共運輸處，面積 431 平方米，拆除前是一棟步登公寓，現況是一塊草地，但沒有任何入口。
