前情提要
不少人對 WikicitY 有興趣，但又覺得太妙了到底怎麼樣能搞得起來，真是滿頭問號。hackath7n竟然就出現了一位從荷蘭回來的空間規劃年輕學者 Astor，與阿姆斯特丹市的規劃負責人有共同朋友。Astor 四月底回荷蘭，也許能拜訪訪問阿姆斯特丹經驗。在這之前對政策 wiki 化、都市規劃、群眾外包等議題（以阿姆斯特丹為例），就在此 pad 討論吧。請針對 WikicitY 計畫相關提問。
